Jake joined Bradford Allen in 2021 as an analyst in the firm’s acquisitions and debt originations group. His primary responsibilities include underwriting and analyzing investment opportunities across various asset classes, as well as facilitating the closing process.

Initially a member of Bradford Allen’s office leasing team, Jake’s leasing experience has provided him with a unique perspective on the leasing market, informing his work within the acquisitions and debt originations group.

Jake earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. An enthusiastic Chicago sports fan, Jake roots for the Cubs, Bears, and Blackhawks and remains a devoted supporter of Ohio State football. In his downtime, he enjoys golfing, skiing, and playing softball.
