DENA VITALE

Dena joined Bradford Allen in 2024 as the property manager for Edens Corporate Center in Northbrook, Illinois. In this role, she oversees daily operations, budgeting, financial reporting, and tenant relations, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the property.

Dena began her career in commercial property management with CBRE as a property administrator and advanced to assistant property manager for a Class A boutique office building on Michigan Avenue. Before joining Bradford Allen, Dena served as the assistant property manager at Illinois Center for AmTrust Realty, two 1.1 million-square-foot Class A properties consisting of office, retail, and a 900-space shared parking garage.

Residing in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, Dena enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and Maltese named Cannoli. In her free time, she loves to travel, discover new eateries, and spend time with family and friends.

SARA BRUNO

Sara joined Bradford Allen in July 2024 as the assistant property manager at Pointe O’Hare. She assists with the daily operations of the asset including administrative functions, tenant relations, financial reporting, and contract administration. Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Sara managed several Class A assets in the northern and western suburbs for Hiffman National. She was involved in the sales process of several assets including due diligence and management transitions. Additionally, Sara has been on teams that achieved WELL Health and Safety Ratings and qualified for a TOBY (The Office Building of the Year) through BOMA Suburban.

Sara attended Millikin University and in a past professional life was a vocalist for Celebrity Cruises. She resides in Roselle with her husband and daughter. In her free time, Sara enjoys traveling and cheering on Fighting Illini Basketball.

 

HOLLY HUGHES

Holly joined Bradford Allen in 2024 as a property administrator for 570 Lake Cook and 1400 Touhy. In her role, she maintains strong tenant and vendor relations, prepares service agreements, and handles various administrative tasks.

Before joining Bradford Allen, Holly was a paralegal for a foreclosure defense law firm where she helped struggling families navigate foreclosure proceedings. Her experience in legal documentation, client communication, and case management has equipped her with the tools necessary to handle the challenges of property administration effectively.

She graduated from the University of Cincinnati where she earned a bachelor’s degree in international relations. As a new resident of Chicago, Holly enjoys spending her time exploring the city’s restaurants, beaches, and music venues.

 

KYRA SINGLETON

As a property administrator for Bradford Allen Management Services, Kyra is responsible for maintaining tenant and vendor relations, drafting service agreements, and ensuring certificates of insurance are up to date for Class A and B properties. She also manages lien waivers for large construction projects, creates Excel spreadsheets to support companywide operations, communicates with engineers about building needs, and reviews invoices.

Before joining Bradford Allen, Kyra worked at BTS as a life leadership coach manager, managing 77 life leadership coaches across the United States and Canada.

Kyra enjoys listening to podcasts, reading, playing with her Yorkie, and exploring new restaurants. She is a graduate of the College of DuPage.

 

PATTY McDERMOTT

Patty joined Bradford Allen in April 2024 as the general manager at Pointe O’Hare, a Class A office building in Rosemont, Illinois. With over 25 years of experience in commercial office and retail management in both Chicago and throughout the suburbs, she has led projects to improve operations, enhance building systems and common areas, and streamline financial activities. The properties she has worked at have received LEED Certification, WELL Health & Safety Ratings, and have qualified for the TOBY (The Office Building of the Year) award through BOMA Suburban.

She started her career at NBC Tower and the John Hancock Center with U.S. Equities. In 2012, she joined CBRE, where she managed significant suburban assets such as Riverway and O’Hare International Center. More recently, as part of Hiffman National, Patty supervised a portfolio of suburban assets for an East Coast REIT and private investors across the western and northern suburbs of Chicago. She has been involved in the sales process of several assets, which included coordinating site visits, financial analysis, due diligence, and management transition.

Patty lives in Chicago with her husband and two college-age sons. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading, and learning how to play pickleball.

DIANA HAMILTON

Diana joined Bradford Allen in April 2024 as a senior property manager at Tri State Lincolnshire. She brings over 10 years of diverse property management experience, including financial reporting, budgeting, capital planning, tenant relations, project and construction management, vendor management, contract negotiation, and energy and sustainability initiatives.

Prior to joining BA, Diana spent eight years with Cushman & Wakefield as a property manager at Riverway in Rosemont and other office properties. Before C&W, she was an assistant property manager with Transwestern at 500 W. Madison in downtown Chicago. She began her property management career with Cassidy Turley, working as a property administrator for a portfolio of industrial buildings and later as a national facility manager for Rasmussen College’s office and campus locations nationwide.

Diana holds a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. Born and raised in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, she currently resides there with her family.

JACKIE DUPOR

Jackie is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the construction division as well as assisting the property management team with construction contracts and related documentation. Her duties involve preparing various documents such as contractor agreements, change orders, and other related forms. In addition, she creates and sends out RFPs, compiles bid comparisons, gathers RFIs to send out to bidders, and reviews contractor invoicing.

Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Jackie worked at Accel Construction Services as a project coordinator and recruited engineers as a technical recruiter in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry.

Jackie grew up just over the northern border in Kenosha, WI. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at home with her four loveable cats. She also enjoys attending live music events, as well as Brewers and White Sox games.

 

ANGELA BURNETT

Angela works with the president of Bradford Allen Management Services to direct and lead the management of a 5M-square-foot portfolio of owned investments and third-party managed properties. She supports the on-site property management teams by providing leadership, ensuring operational processes and procedures, and focusing on a high level of tenant experience and property management performance.

Angela is a veteran commercial real estate professional accomplished in mixed-use asset management. Prior to joining BA, she worked for EQ Office as the senior property manager at Willis Tower, a 4.5M-square-foot Class A property with commercial office, co-working, restaurants and retail, broadcast communications antennas, an executive parking garage, and Skydeck Chicago featuring The Ledge.

Angela currently serves as president of the board for Chicago Real Estate Network, a social and charitable organization for property management professionals. She graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a degree in political science. She lives in the Old Town neighborhood of Chicago and loves summertime Cubs games.

 

SEÁN KENNY

Seán joined Bradford Allen in 2024, bringing over 25 years of chief engineer experience with a proven track record of excellence in engineering operations.

Before joining Bradford Allen, Seán was chief engineer for CBRE at 150 North Riverside Plaza, a 1.2 million-square-foot, Class A building where he was part of a property management team that guided the property to the BOMA 2021 International TOBY award in the over 1 million square foot category. During his time with CBRE, Seán also received the 2023 BOMA/Chicago Gold Circle Award for Engineer of the Year and the 2022 CBRE National Engineering Exceptional Performance Award, displaying dedication and excellence in the field. Seán enhanced operational efficiency, reduced utility costs, and ensured tenant satisfaction through innovative engineering solutions. He has collaborated on cross-functional teams, led technical training programs, and contributed to industry-specific mentoring initiatives. He has participated in property transitions, commissioning oversight, and created comprehensive facility policies.

Before joining CBRE at 150 North Riverside, Seán started up 1330 W. Fulton for Sterling Bay. Navigating the commissioning process there while overseeing the ten tenant buildouts provided Seán with a unique perspective that illuminated gaps in the handoff of built environments to the property management team.

Seán served on the Chicago Gaelic Park Board of Directors from 2017 to 2021. The Gaelic Park Board’s mission is to promote Irish culture through sports, music, dance, theatre, and religion.

Seán holds a B.S. from DePaul University and is married with two sons. One son is actively involved in the performing arts scene at Lincoln-Way East, and the other is a freshman at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

JANE REISCHMAN

Jane joined Bradford Allen in 2023 as the general manager of Jacksonville operations, bringing over 25 years of experience in commercial property management. She oversees the day-to-day operations of three company-owned assets: 701 San Marco, Enterprise Park, and The Crossing. Her responsibilities include capital improvement projects, tenant space construction, building maintenance, vendor relations, and financial management.

She began her career at CBRE, managing numerous Class A office properties, historical buildings, retail centers, and industrial properties. She also served as senior property manager for Banyan Street Capital, overseeing the Wells Fargo Center tower, a 36-story landmark office building. During Hurricane Irma in 2017, Jane led a successful recovery effort at Wells Fargo Center, restoring power and reoccupying the building in just 17 days.

Jane is married with two sons, five grandchildren, and two French bulldogs. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, and she has interests in art, music, and nature. She frequents local galleries, museums, and live concerts, and she enjoys kayaking, paddleboarding, and exploring local parks and the beach.

 

ERIN MEJIA

Erin joined Bradford Allen in 2022 as an administrative assistant. She is responsible for providing support to the Jacksonville property management team by managing various administrative tasks including but not limited to answering calls, handling mail, drafting and distributing correspondence, coordinating vendor services, budgeting, and reporting. She is the main contact with building management, maintains contracts, processes agreements, and performs several in-office operational tasks.

Erin is a proud Navy veteran. In the six years she served, she gained a strong work ethic, discipline, and attention to detail, which she applies to her responsibilities in supporting the general manager’s efforts to meet tenant needs and maintain Bradford Allen’s high standards. She is a graduate of Belleville Township High School West in southern Illinois.

Erin is family-oriented and loves to travel. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, listening to live music, reading, and DIY home improvement projects.

 

JESSICA BENNETT

Jessica became an area manager for Bradford Allen’s growing multifamily portfolio in August 2023. In this pivotal role, she’s entrusted with the ongoing development and success of all multifamily properties, ensuring daily operations align with leasing and financial objectives.

Before joining Bradford Allen, Jessica excelled in managing mixed-use communities in Chicago. With a proactive approach, she continually identified methods to boost operational efficiency, increase revenue, and foster team growth—all while emphasizing exceptional experiences for residents. Her journey highlights her unwavering dedication to top-notch property management and the satisfaction of residents.

Outside the office, Jessica is passionate about photography and cherishes time with her two children.

 

RODNEY ARMENTROUT

Rodney joined Bradford Allen in 2016 and currently serves at 1400 E. Touhy Avenue, where he coordinates all installation, maintenance, and repair work at the complex.

 

JENNIFER MURPHY

Jennifer joined Bradford Allen in 2023 with over two decades of expertise in commercial property management, leasing, and construction management. As the president of Bradford Allen Management Services, she leads and guides the property management and construction teams, providing oversight for the firm’s full commercial portfolio.

Before her tenure at Bradford Allen, Jennifer served at Hines for 16 years, where she specialized in value-add and repositioned Class A assets, including 333 West Wacker Drive and 101 North Wacker Drive. She also gained experience in new developments such as Salesforce Tower Chicago and Takeda Pharmaceuticals’ North American Headquarters in Deerfield, Illinois. Throughout her career in property management, Jennifer has often assumed a dual role, focusing on both property operations and construction for tenant improvements and landlord capital projects.

Jennifer holds an MBA with a focus in real estate finance from DePaul University and a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of California, Irvine, where she also competed as a collegiate swimmer. A native of Chicago’s south side, Jennifer now resides in the city’s western suburbs with her husband and two children. In her down time, she enjoys gardening and improving her yard.

 

TINA MEYERS

Tina became part of the Bradford Allen team in January 2023, overseeing administrative functions and assisting property managers at Edens Corporate Center and 570 Lake Cook. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago. After completing her education, Tina started her career in real estate, initially working in the accounting department at LR Development, a high-end residential developer in Chicago. This experience paved the way for a 20-year career in residential sales with various brokerages.

Born and raised in Northbrook, Tina now lives in Park Ridge with her husband and three sons. Away from the office, she’s often found at the rink, supporting her boys during their hockey practices and games. In her spare time, Tina enjoys crafting and creates hockey-themed merchandise for her sons’ teams and their families.

 

RACHEL SAUSER

Rachel came on board with Bradford Allen Management Services in 2023, taking on the role of property administrator. In her position, she handles various administrative tasks, oversees monthly billing processes, and serves as a liaison between tenants and vendors.

Before joining the team at Bradford Allen, Rachel gained experience as the office manager at Coherent Economics and worked as a property assistant/executive assistant at Digital Realty, both located in Chicago. She has a bachelor’s degree in history of art and architecture, with a minor in graphic design, from DePaul University.

Outside of her professional life, Rachel is an avid rock climber and adventure enthusiast. She also values spending quality time with her friends and family.

 

BOB BOSWELL

With over 35 years of experience in commercial Facilities and Construction management, Bob is a versatile professional skilled at performing optimally in ever-changing environments. He brings his observant and quick-thinking skills to his role at BA, where he will be heading up construction services, overseeing all construction, repair, and maintenance projects, and assisting with due diligence and construction underwriting for potential acquisitions.

Bob is also highly adept at translating big-picture vision into practical, strategic action plans for success. In his previous roles, he served as the Sr. Construction Project Manager at Pine Tree Commercial Realty, Director of Construction and Facilities at Cosi Restaurants, and AVP of Facilities nationwide at Bally Total Fitness.

Bob is proficient in a variety of project management software, including Honest Buildings, Procore, Service Channel, and Open Space, as well as Microsoft Projects and Microsoft Office suite.

Bob is married with four grown children and twelve grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends and is a science fiction movie fan.

 

ROBERT ISAAC

Bob joined Bradford Allen in 2018 to lead the newly created Architectural Services department. Bob has over 35 years of professional experience and specializes in strategic workplace solutions, interior fit-up, built-to-suit solutions and construction management services. As an architect, he partners with commercial clients and building owners in a highly consultative manner to plan and design commercial interior spaces and custom furniture, developing solutions that allow his clients to meet their business, financial, spatial and timing goals.

Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Bob worked as an architect specializing in commercial space for clients throughout the Midwest through his company, Isaac & May. In 2010, he founded BaughbLabs, a product design and development studio that produces hand-crafted and unique pieces.

Bob is a graduate of the University of Illinois where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Design. Outside of work, he is an avid cyclist, riding and racing mountain bikes.

ELYSSA WILBERT

Elyssa joined Bradford Allen in 2016 as an administrative assistant. In her role, she serves as the go-to contact for the Louisville office, liaising between staff, tenants, vendors, and contractors. Elyssa’s responsibilities include crafting service contracts, managing certificates of insurance (COI), processing invoices, and assisting in the creation of monthly financial reports. She also organizes annual tenant events like the ice cream social and holiday luncheon, bringing a sense of community to the building. Driven to enhance her career, Elyssa continually enrolls in courses focused on property management, with the aspiration to become a property manager in the future.

Outside of the office, Elyssa is often found at the ballpark, enthusiastically supporting one of her three sons who all excel in baseball. She relishes quality time with her family and enjoys letting loose by singing and dancing in her kitchen.

 

TERRI SAMPLES

Terri has over 20 years of diverse experience in the real estate industry. Her extensive background includes a tenure at a national commercial brokerage firm and managing over 1.2 million square feet of industrial real estate. She joined Bradford Allen to oversee one of downtown Louisville’s most prestigious Class A commercial office buildings and an associated parking garage.

In her current role, Terri handles contract negotiations for various services, including parking garage management, janitorial work, security, and elevator maintenance. Her responsibilities encompass managing the day-to-day operations of both the building and the parking garage. She is also accountable for fostering contractor relationships, preparing financial statements, and producing annual budgets that include tenant expenses and reconciliations. Additionally, Terri supervises the staff at the tower.

Professionally, Terri is an active member of the local BOMA chapter and belongs to IREM. Outside of work, she treasures time spent with her family and twin grandchildren.

 

CHERYL HAASIS

As in industry professional with over 12 years of experience, Cheryl supports a portfolio of Class A suburban office assets.  She oversees the administrative functions, as well as monthly financial reporting, budgeting, contract administrative, capital and tenant improvement project involvement, and tenant relations. Cheryl joined Bradford Allen upon the firm’s 2017 purchase of Tri State.

Cheryl enjoys fishing, kayaking, gardening, and spending time with friends and family.

 

JOLA ROZWADOWSKA

Jola is responsible for the day-to-day operations of both company-owned and third-party properties. Her responsibilities are multi-faceted and include: caring for the maintenance of all assigned properties, tending to tenant relations and addressing tenant needs, and creating fiscal budget plans for landlords based on property goals and direction. In addition, Jola interacts with contractors and sub-contractors to gather estimates, analyze bids, and make recommendations to ownership for possible updates and renovations.

Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Jola worked at Highland Management Associates, a commercial real estate management company in Lombard as a Commercial Property Manager. In addition, she worked as a residential and commercial property manager and as a leasing agent for a residential property management company before joining Bradford Allen.

Jola graduated from Harper College in Palatine, and is currently working towards her Bachelors in Business Administration, specializing in Business and Project Management, at DeVry University. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, biking, and spending as much time in the outdoors as possible.

DON WISINSKI

As a general manager in Bradford Allen’s Management Services division, Donald is responsible for the day-to-day operations of both company-owned and third-party assets in the Chicagoland suburbs. Donald brings over 18 years of experience in property and facilities management of commercial office and retail space and has a strong understanding of building mechanical operations. He has developed significant vendor relations, which he incorporates into value and high-quality service for his properties. His notable customer service experience allows for creative and outside-of-the-box solutions to address challenges inclusively. Donald strives to create value for both tenants and owners through budget and project management initiatives.

His responsibilities are multifaceted and include: caring for the maintenance of all assigned properties, tending to tenant relations and addressing tenant needs, and creating fiscal budget plans for landlords based on property goals and direction. In addition, Donald interacts with contractors and sub-contractors to gather estimates, analyze bids, and make recommendations to ownership for possible updates and renovations.

Prior to joining Bradford Allen in 2017, Donald was a property manager for Class B buildings at Boxer Property Management Corporation. He also worked as an area facilities manager at Foresite Realty Partners focusing on distressed and transitional property management along with third-party assignments. Donald began his real estate career with M&J Wilkow in facility management focused on Class A buildings.

Donald resides in Naperville with his wife and enjoys spending his spare time being outside as much as possible, playing golf, and spending time with family. Donald is a graduate of Illinois State University.
