She assists with the daily operations of the asset including administrative functions, tenant relations, financial reporting, and contract administration. Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Sara managed several Class A assets in the northern and western suburbs for Hiffman National. She was involved in the sales process of several assets including due diligence and management transitions. Additionally, Sara has been on teams that achieved WELL Health and Safety Ratings and qualified for a TOBY (The Office Building of the Year) through BOMA Suburban.
Sara attended Millikin University and in a past professional life was a vocalist for Celebrity Cruises. She resides in Roselle with her husband and daughter. In her free time, Sara enjoys traveling and cheering on Fighting Illini Basketball.

Before joining Bradford Allen, Holly was a paralegal for a foreclosure defense law firm where she helped struggling families navigate foreclosure proceedings. Her experience in legal documentation, client communication, and case management has equipped her with the tools necessary to handle the challenges of property administration effectively.
She graduated from the University of Cincinnati where she earned a bachelor’s degree in international relations. As a new resident of Chicago, Holly enjoys spending her time exploring the city’s restaurants, beaches, and music venues.
As a property administrator for Bradford Allen Management Services, Kyra is responsible for maintaining tenant and vendor relations, drafting service agreements, and ensuring certificates of insurance are up to date for Class A and B properties. She also manages lien waivers for large construction projects, creates Excel spreadsheets to support companywide operations, communicates with engineers about building needs, and reviews invoices.

She started her career at NBC Tower and the John Hancock Center with U.S. Equities. In 2012, she joined CBRE, where she managed significant suburban assets such as Riverway and O’Hare International Center. More recently, as part of Hiffman National, Patty supervised a portfolio of suburban assets for an East Coast REIT and private investors across the western and northern suburbs of Chicago. Prior to joining BA, Diana spent eight years with Cushman & Wakefield as a property manager at Riverway in Rosemont and other office properties. Before C&W, she was an assistant property manager with Transwestern at 500 W. Madison in downtown Chicago. She began her property management career with Cassidy Turley, working as a property administrator for a portfolio of industrial buildings and later as a national facility manager for Rasmussen College’s office and campus locations nationwide.

Jackie is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the construction division as well as assisting the property management team with construction contracts and related documentation. Her duties involve preparing various documents such as contractor agreements, change orders, and other related forms. In addition, she creates and sends out RFPs, compiles bid comparisons, gathers RFIs to send out to bidders, and reviews contractor invoicing.
Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Jackie worked at Accel Construction Services as a project coordinator and recruited engineers as a technical recruiter in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry.
Jackie grew up just over the northern border in Kenosha, WI. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at home with her four loveable cats. She also enjoys attending live music events, as well as Brewers and White Sox games.
Angela works with the president of Bradford Allen Management Services to direct and lead the management of a 5M-square-foot portfolio of owned investments and third-party managed properties. During his time with CBRE, Seán also received the 2023 BOMA/Chicago Gold Circle Award for Engineer of the Year and the 2022 CBRE National Engineering Exceptional Performance Award, displaying dedication and excellence in the field. Seán enhanced operational efficiency, reduced utility costs, and ensured tenant satisfaction through innovative engineering solutions. He has collaborated on cross-functional teams, led technical training programs, and contributed to industry-specific mentoring initiatives. He has participated in property transitions, commissioning oversight, and created comprehensive facility policies.
Before joining CBRE at 150 North Riverside, Seán started up 1330 W. Fulton for Sterling Bay. Navigating the commissioning process there while overseeing the ten tenant buildouts provided Seán with a unique perspective that illuminated gaps in the handoff of built environments to the property management team.
Seán served on the Chicago Gaelic Park Board of Directors from 2017 to 2021. The Gaelic Park Board’s mission is to promote Irish culture through sports, music, dance, theatre, and religion.

Jane joined Bradford Allen in 2023 as the general manager of Jacksonville operations, bringing over 25 years of experience in commercial property management. She oversees the day-to-day operations of three company-owned assets: 701 San Marco, Enterprise Park, and The Crossing. Her responsibilities include capital improvement projects, tenant space construction, building maintenance, vendor relations, and financial management.
She began her career at CBRE, managing numerous Class A office properties, historical buildings, retail centers, and industrial properties. She also served as senior property manager for Banyan Street Capital, overseeing the Wells Fargo Center tower, a 36-story landmark office building. During Hurricane Irma in 2017, Jane led a successful recovery effort at Wells Fargo Center, restoring power and reoccupying the building in just 17 days.
Jane is married with two sons, five grandchildren, and two French bulldogs. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, and she has interests in art, music, and nature. She frequents local galleries, museums, and live concerts, and she enjoys kayaking, paddleboarding, and exploring local parks and the beach.
Erin joined Bradford Allen in 2022 as an administrative assistant. She is responsible for providing support to the Jacksonville property management team by managing various administrative tasks including but not limited to answering calls, handling mail, drafting and distributing correspondence, coordinating vendor services, budgeting, and reporting. She is the main contact with building management, maintains contracts, processes agreements, and performs several in-office operational tasks.
Erin is a proud Navy veteran. In the six years she served, she gained a strong work ethic, discipline, and attention to detail, which she applies to her responsibilities in supporting the general manager’s efforts to meet tenant needs and maintain Bradford Allen’s high standards. Jennifer joined Bradford Allen in 2023 with over two decades of expertise in commercial property management, leasing, and construction management. As the president of Bradford Allen Management Services, she leads and guides the property management and construction teams, providing oversight for the firm’s full commercial portfolio.
Before her tenure at Bradford Allen, Jennifer served at Hines for 16 years, where she specialized in value-add and repositioned Class A assets, including 333 West Wacker Drive and 101 North Wacker Drive. She also gained experience in new developments such as Salesforce Tower Chicago and Takeda Pharmaceuticals’ North American Headquarters in Deerfield, Illinois. Throughout her career in property management, Jennifer has often assumed a dual role, focusing on both property operations and construction for tenant improvements and landlord capital projects.
Jennifer holds an MBA with a focus in real estate finance from DePaul University and a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of California, Irvine, where she also competed as a collegiate swimmer. After completing her education, Tina started her career in real estate, initially working in the accounting department at LR Development, a high-end residential developer in Chicago. Born and raised in Northbrook, Tina now lives in Park Ridge with her husband and three sons. Away from the office, she’s often found at the rink, supporting her boys during their hockey practices and games. Rachel came on board with Bradford Allen Management Services in 2023, taking on the role of property administrator. In her position, she handles various administrative tasks, oversees monthly billing processes, and serves as a liaison between tenants and vendors.
Before joining the team at Bradford Allen, Rachel gained experience as the office manager at Coherent Economics and worked as a property assistant/executive assistant at Digital Realty, both located in Chicago. She has a bachelor’s degree in history of art and architecture, with a minor in graphic design, from DePaul University.

Bob has over 35 years of professional experience and specializes in strategic workplace solutions, interior fit-up, built-to-suit solutions and construction management services. As an architect, he partners with commercial clients and building owners in a highly consultative manner to plan and design commercial interior spaces and custom furniture, developing solutions that allow his clients to meet their business, financial, spatial and timing goals.
Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Bob worked as an architect specializing in commercial space for clients throughout the Midwest through his company, Isaac & May. In 2010, he founded BaughbLabs, a product design and development studio that produces hand-crafted and unique pieces.
Bob is a graduate of the University of Illinois where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Design. Outside of work, he is an avid cyclist, riding and racing mountain bikes.

Elyssa joined Bradford Allen in 2016 as an administrative assistant. In her role, she serves as the go-to contact for the Louisville office, liaising between staff, tenants, vendors, and contractors. Elyssa’s responsibilities include crafting service contracts, managing certificates of insurance (COI), processing invoices, and assisting in the creation of monthly financial reports. She also organizes annual tenant events like the ice cream social and holiday luncheon, bringing a sense of community to the building. Driven to enhance her career, Elyssa continually enrolls in courses focused on property management, with the aspiration to become a property manager in the future.
Outside of the office, Elyssa is often found at the ballpark, enthusiastically supporting one of her three sons who all excel in baseball. She relishes quality time with her family and enjoys letting loose by singing and dancing in her kitchen.
Terri has over 20 years of diverse experience in the real estate industry. Her extensive background includes a tenure at a national commercial brokerage firm and managing over 1.2 million square feet of industrial real estate. She joined Bradford Allen to oversee one of downtown Louisville’s most prestigious Class A commercial office buildings and an associated parking garage.
In her current role, Terri handles contract negotiations for various services, including parking garage management, janitorial work, security, and elevator maintenance. Her responsibilities encompass managing the day-to-day operations of both the building and the parking garage. She is also accountable for fostering contractor relationships, preparing financial statements, and producing annual budgets that include tenant expenses and reconciliations. Additionally, Terri supervises the staff at the tower.
Professionally, Terri is an active member of the local BOMA chapter and belongs to IREM. Outside of work, she treasures time spent with her family and twin grandchildren.

Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Jola worked at Highland Management Associates, a commercial real estate management company in Lombard as a Commercial Property Manager. In addition, she worked as a residential and commercial property manager and as a leasing agent for a residential property management company before joining Bradford Allen.

Donald brings over 18 years of experience in property and facilities management of commercial office and retail space and has a strong understanding of building mechanical operations. He has developed significant vendor relations, which he incorporates into value and high-quality service for his properties. His notable customer service experience allows for creative and outside-of-the-box solutions to address challenges inclusively.
