Roy joined Bradford Allen in 2025 as Operations Manager for the firm’s 701 San Marco property in Jacksonville, Florida. In his role, Roy oversees all building systems and daily operations, manages the engineering staff, and provides support for ongoing projects.
With 40 years of experience in commercial facilities operations and management, Roy leverages his deep knowledge of building systems, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient and high-quality results.
Roy began his career as Operating Engineer for Prudential at the Plaza One building in Jacksonville, Florida. He later advanced to Chief Engineer, where he helped bring the 701 San Marco building into the company’s portfolio. From there, Roy was promoted to Operations Manager and later transitioned to Facilities Manager with various real estate service companies as the building’s management shifted.
Roy is married with two children and two grandchildren. Outside of work, he enjoys gardening, boating, and spending time with family.
Francisco joined Bradford Allen in 2025 as a maintenance technician, bringing nearly a decade of mechanical experience to the firm. In his role, he oversees HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facilities operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for staff. Known for his attention to detail, Francisco takes great pride in delivering high-quality work.
Prior to Bradford Allen, Francisco worked for Carmel Clay School district as a maintenance technician, where his small team maintained the school facilities that served more than 5000 students and faculty members. Before that, he also served as a maintenance supervisor for Penn Circle Apartments, where he managed a small team of technicians to maintain a 193-unit property that served nearly 400 residents.
Francisco earned an EPA certification for refrigeration and completed a HVAC training course early on in his career. To further expand his education, he is currently pursuing a degree in construction management at Indiana Tech University.

Caryn joined Bradford Allen in 2025 as a general manager. She oversees the property management team in Jacksonville, Florida and leads a 1-million-square-foot portfolio of investments, including property operations, construction management, and financial performance.
Prior to joining the firm, Caryn was responsible for the asset and property management of a 3-million-square-foot industrial portfolio in the Southeast. Previously, she directed in-house leasing, asset management, property management, construction, and marketing for office and industrial portfolios totaling 20 million square feet across Florida, serving both private and institutional investors.
Caryn currently serves as a board member of Downtown Vision, Jacksonville’s Business Improvement District (BID) and is a past president and founding member of CREW Jacksonville. Caryn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business from Daytona State College.

Prior to joining the firm, Pam served as the Senior Property Manager at KennMar, where she managed the 401 South 4th Street tower in downtown Louisville. Before that, she was also a property manager with Blue Ridge Realty, Inc., overseeing 1.6 million square feet of Class A office, retail, medical, and mixed–use properties throughout Raleigh, North Carolina.
Pam holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Susquehanna University. She currently resides in Goshen, Kentucky with her family and enjoys traveling to the South to spend quality time with her daughters, who live in North Carolina and South Carolina.
Matias joined Bradford Allen in 2025 as Building Engineer for the Las Olas Centre in Fort Lauderdale, Florida where he manages the servicing needs of the building through collaboration with the tenants and management team.
Matias brings nearly a decade of building engineering experience to the firm. He previously served at the 110 Tower for nine years as a building engineer. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated dedication, commitment, and effective communication—firmly believing that clear communication is the foundation of a strong team.
He currently lives in Deerfield Beach, Florida, with his wife, Paola, and their son, Massimo. Outside of work, Matias enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and is a passionate advocate for community service, often volunteering at his son’s school. Originally from Argentina, he completed his studies there before graduating from high school, and he remains focused on both personal and professional growth.
Brendan joined Bradford Allen in 2025, bringing more than 25 years of chief engineer experience and a proven track record of excellence in engineering operations and construction. Brendan’s primary responsibilities within the firm are to oversee the regional engineering staff and maintenance of multiple assets in South Florida. He oversees large-capital repair and maintenance projects, along with landlord construction projects.
Brendan is originally from the Chicagoland area and relocated to Kansas City, Missouri with his family in 2004. While in Chicago, Brendan worked on multiple commercial assets in the central business district, in the engineering and building maintenance field, working his way up from an apprentice to a chief engineer position. After relocating to Kansas City, he dedicated his career to engineering operations, construction, and project management. As a former Director of Construction, he was responsible for overseeing a variety of projects in commercial, residential, and retail asset types for multiple local Kansas City developers.
Brendan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and has one beautiful daughter, Lily. In his down time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as playing Pickleball.
Kelly joined Bradford Allen in 2025 as the property manager of One Clearlake Centre in West Palm Beach, Florida. In this role, she oversees daily management operations, strategic planning, and financial performance. Her leadership style blends innovation, operational excellence, and a genuine passion for people. Committed to optimizing performance and enhancing property value, Kelly thrives on building strong relationships and creating high-quality experiences for tenants and teams alike.
Before joining the firm, Kelly spent more than two decades managing diverse real estate portfolios across multiple industries in the high-performing New York and New Jersey markets. With a proven track record at firms like Broadridge Financial Solutions, NRG, Equinox, and Walmart, Kelly brings agility and operational precision that drives performance, efficiency, and results.

Lea joined the Bradford Allen team in March 2025 at Las Olas Centre, a Class A office and retail property in downtown Fort Lauderdale. Prior to Bradford Allen’s acquisition of Las Olas Centre, she had been at the property since 2014. As tenant service coordinator, Lea handles tenant requests, supports property administration, and assists the on-site management team with daily operations and vendor coordination.
Born and raised in South Florida, Lea lives in Imperial Point, where she serves on her condominium’s homeowners association board. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her two children at the park or the Museum of Discovery and Science.
Parker’s duties include consulting on designing fitness amenities in office buildings and hotels and implementing fitness programs for company employees and building tenants. He works to constantly improve companywide facilities with the latest equipment available to ensure employees and tenants have the best experience possible.
Parker graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2021 with a degree in kinesiology. While in school, he worked in athletics with the football and basketball teams. After graduation, he continued working in the fitness industry for the next three years as a personal trainer in Orlando and then West Palm Beach, Florida. Parker is also a field artillery officer in the Florida National Guard and serves as his unit’s master fitness trainer.
Felipe Olmeta is Director of Management Services at Bradford Allen, where he leads the day-to-day strategy and performance of our South Florida portfolio. With a hands-on, solutions-focused approach, he works closely with property teams, vendors, and asset managers to enhance tenant experience, streamline operations, and drive long-term value for the assets he oversees.
Felipe brings over a decade of experience across commercial real estate, multifamily, and hospitality. Before joining Bradford Allen, he led operations for CP Group’s 20 million square foot portfolio of Class A office properties and oversaw operations for more than 4,000 multifamily and mixed-use units at Centennial Properties in New York. Over the years, he’s helped build and scale property management platforms, launched hospitality ventures, and implemented innovative programs that have boosted efficiency, sustainability, and tenant satisfaction.
He earned his Executive Master of Business Administration from Fordham University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban & Regional Planning from Florida Atlantic University. Felipe has also completed several professional certifications at New York University’s Schack Institute, including real estate development, sustainable design, and construction management.
Outside the office, Felipe is a recreational pilot and tennis player and enjoys spending time at the beach with his wife and two sons in Delray Beach.
Gabriel is the lead building engineer for two buildings in the Jacksonville, Florida, portfolio. He is responsible for 221,000 square feet on approximately 18 acres, ensuring all building projects are properly managed and the surrounding areas maintain a high standard of quality and efficiency.
Before joining the team, Gabriel was the chief engineer of a historic high-rise in downtown Jacksonville, where he played a key role in modernizing its systems. While he officially began his career in building management in 2003, he grew up in the industry by working alongside his father, a homebuilder. He developed many skills at an early age that fueled his passion for the trade.
Gabriel lives in St. Augustine, Florida, with his wife and two teenage sons. In his free time, he enjoys camping and exploring Florida with his family. His hobbies include playing a variety of musical instruments, strategy board games, and tinkering with electronics.
Heather joined Bradford Allen in December 2024 as the property manager for Finley Point. In this role, she is responsible for managing day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, vendor coordination, budgeting, and ensuring the property’s overall efficiency and performance.
Heather began her career in commercial property management as a receptionist with The Taubman Company, advancing to facilities coordinator and systems administrator. She further expanded her knowledge of property management through roles at Bridge Commercial Real Estate and Brookfield Properties Retail. Before joining Bradford Allen, she served as the operations director for Simon Property Group, where she oversaw operations of a 2.2 million-square-foot retail property.
Heather lives in the western suburbs with her husband. She enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, cheering on Chicago sports teams – especially the Cubs at Wrigley Field – and party planning.
Issy joined Bradford Allen in 2024 as the senior property manager in Jacksonville, bringing over 20 years of diverse commercial property management experience. She is responsible for supporting the general manager in ensuring ownership’s goals and objectives are obtained by performing financial reporting, budgeting, capital planning, tenant relations, vendor and contract management, and implementing processes and procedures.
Issy began her career in commercial property management with Trammell Crow Company as a receptionist and advanced to tenant and HR coordinator working directly with the director of property management. Issy continued her growth in the commercial property management industry by working with companies such as Flagler Development, Hallmark Partners, REIT Management and Research, and Cushman & Wakefield managing diverse portfolios. She most recently worked at Baptist Health Systems managing a portfolio consisting of medical office buildings located on their hospital campuses.

Shella Cardillo is a member of the Jacksonville property management team, overseeing operations at 4190 Belfort Road and 4345 Southpoint Boulevard as property manager.
She earned her master’s degree in hospitality and tourism management from the University of Central Florida in 2019. Shortly after, she began her career with Jones Lang LaSalle in Denver, where she helped manage several historic Class A office buildings in the downtown business district.
In early 2022, Shella relocated to Jacksonville, Florida, to join Commonwealth Commercial Partners as assistant property manager at Ameris Bank Tower. When management transitioned to CBRE in 2023, she stayed on as assistant real estate manager. During her tenure, Shella oversaw a full elevator modernization, led several capital and tenant improvement projects, and served as the main point of contact for tenants and service providers.
Outside of work, Shella enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs. The couple is also eagerly anticipating the arrival of their first child, a son, in January 2025. She was involved in the sales process of several assets including due diligence and management transitions. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati where she earned a bachelor’s degree in international relations. As a new resident of Chicago, Holly enjoys spending her time exploring the city’s restaurants, beaches, and music venues.
Patty joined Bradford Allen in April 2024 as the general manager at Pointe O’Hare, a Class A office building in Rosemont, Illinois. With over 25 years of experience in commercial office and retail management in both Chicago and throughout the suburbs, she has led projects to improve operations, enhance building systems and common areas, and streamline financial activities. She started her career at NBC Tower and the John Hancock Center with U.S. Equities. In 2012, she joined CBRE, where she managed significant suburban assets such as Riverway and O’Hare International Center. During his time with CBRE, Seán also received the 2023 BOMA/Chicago Gold Circle Award for Engineer of the Year and the 2022 CBRE National Engineering Exceptional Performance Award, displaying dedication and excellence in the field. Seán enhanced operational efficiency, reduced utility costs, and ensured tenant satisfaction through innovative engineering solutions. Before joining CBRE at 150 North Riverside, Seán started up 1330 W. Fulton for Sterling Bay. Navigating the commissioning process there while overseeing the ten tenant buildouts provided Seán with a unique perspective that illuminated gaps in the handoff of built environments to the property management team.
Seán served on the Chicago Gaelic Park Board of Directors from 2017 to 2021. The Gaelic Park Board’s mission is to promote Irish culture through sports, music, dance, theatre, and religion.

Erin joined Bradford Allen in 2022 as an administrative assistant. She is the main contact with building management, maintains contracts, processes agreements, and performs several in-office operational tasks.
Erin is a proud Navy veteran. In the six years she served, she gained a strong work ethic, discipline, and attention to detail, which she applies to her responsibilities in supporting the general manager’s efforts to meet tenant needs and maintain Bradford Allen’s high standards. She is a graduate of Belleville Township High School West in southern Illinois.

Jennifer joined Bradford Allen in 2023 with over two decades of expertise in commercial property management, leasing, and construction management. As the president of Bradford Allen Management Services, she leads and guides the property management and construction teams, providing oversight for the firm’s full commercial portfolio.
Before her tenure at Bradford Allen, Jennifer served at Hines for 16 years, where she specialized in value-add and repositioned Class A assets, including 333 West Wacker Drive and 101 North Wacker Drive. She also gained experience in new developments such as Salesforce Tower Chicago and Takeda Pharmaceuticals’ North American Headquarters in Deerfield, Illinois. Throughout her career in property management, Jennifer has often assumed a dual role, focusing on both property operations and construction for tenant improvements and landlord capital projects.
Jennifer holds an MBA with a focus in real estate finance from DePaul University and a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of California, Irvine, where she also competed as a collegiate swimmer. Rachel came on board with Bradford Allen Management Services in 2023, taking on the role of property administrator. In her position, she handles various administrative tasks, oversees monthly billing processes, and serves as a liaison between tenants and vendors.
Before joining the team at Bradford Allen, Rachel gained experience as the office manager at Coherent Economics and worked as a property assistant/executive assistant at Digital Realty, both located in Chicago. She has a bachelor’s degree in history of art and architecture, with a minor in graphic design, from DePaul University.

With over 35 years of experience in commercial Facilities and Construction management, Bob is a versatile professional skilled at performing optimally in ever-changing environments. He brings his observant and quick-thinking skills to his role at BA, where he will be heading up construction services, overseeing all construction, repair, and maintenance projects, and assisting with due diligence and construction underwriting for potential acquisitions.
Bob is also highly adept at translating big-picture vision into practical, strategic action plans for success. In his previous roles, he served as the Sr. Construction Project Manager at Pine Tree Commercial Realty, Director of Construction and Facilities at Cosi Restaurants, and AVP of Facilities nationwide at Bally Total Fitness.

As an architect, he partners with commercial clients and building owners in a highly consultative manner to plan and design commercial interior spaces and custom furniture, developing solutions that allow his clients to meet their business, financial, spatial and timing goals.
Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Bob worked as an architect specializing in commercial space for clients throughout the Midwest through his company, Isaac & May. In 2010, he founded BaughbLabs, a product design and development studio that produces hand-crafted and unique pieces.
Bob is a graduate of the University of Illinois where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Design. Outside of work, he is an avid cyclist, riding and racing mountain bikes.

As a general manager in Bradford Allen’s Management Services division, Donald is responsible for the day-to-day operations of both company-owned and third-party assets in the Chicagoland suburbs. Donald brings over 18 years of experience in property and facilities management of commercial office and retail space and has a strong understanding of building mechanical operations. He has developed significant vendor relations, which he incorporates into value and high-quality service for his properties. His notable customer service experience allows for creative and outside-of-the-box solutions to address challenges inclusively. Donald strives to create value for both tenants and owners through budget and project management initiatives.
His responsibilities are multifaceted and include: caring for the maintenance of all assigned properties, tending to tenant relations and addressing tenant needs, and creating fiscal budget plans for landlords based on property goals and direction. In addition, Donald interacts with contractors and sub-contractors to gather estimates, analyze bids, and make recommendations to ownership for possible updates and renovations.
Prior to joining Bradford Allen in 2017, Donald was a property manager for Class B buildings at Boxer Property Management Corporation. He also worked as an area facilities manager at Foresite Realty Partners focusing on distressed and transitional property management along with third-party assignments. Donald began his real estate career with M&J Wilkow in facility management focused on Class A buildings.

Ellen joined Bradford Allen in 2021 as an administrative assistant at the suburban Chicago office. She works closely with the property management group and provides administrative support to the broader office staff. Her daily tasks include drafting contracts, liaising with utility and telecommunication providers, addressing tenant inquiries, and troubleshooting office technology issues.
Previously, Ellen was a human resources coordinator for a community unit school district in the western suburbs. Her responsibilities included administering leaves of absence, facilitating the onboarding process for teachers and staff, and handling unemployment claims.
Ellen graduated from Northern Illinois University with a degree in communications. She resides in Lombard, Illinois with her husband and two cats, and she enjoys spending time with her family and cross-stitching as a leisure activity.
