SAM HADDAD

Sam is the Chief Financial Officer at Bradford Allen and has more than 25 years of corporate finance, capital markets, investment banking, and accounting experience.

As CFO, he is primarily responsible for managing the company’s finances, including financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping, financial reporting and analysis of data. He supervises the finance unit and is the chief financial spokesperson for the organization. Sam is also responsible for developing strategic and tactical matters relating to financial management, cost-benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding. Sam is passionate about maintaining the quality of work and a high standard of excellence. He strives to make things more efficient and to utilize technology to drive down costs. In addition, he has a strong work ethic and is committed to doing the right thing and operating with integrity.

Prior to joining the firm, he served as Senior Director and Group Manager for the BRM Capital Markets division of Fitch Ratings. Sam was Vice President, Investment Banking for Comerica Bank, a $65B, publicly traded top 20 US bank holding company where he originated, executed and structured debt, equity and financial advisory engagements in public and private capital markets. Additionally, he was Vice President, Finance and Treasurer for the Martin Brower Company. In these capacities Sam has raised and structured a significant amount of capital in several countries and currencies; issued both debt and equity securities; completed several global M & A transactions; managed pension assets; managed corporate finance functions such as financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, consolidations, financial modeling and accounting; as well as global cash management.

Sam holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Loyola University, Chicago. Sam lives in the Chicago area with his wife and children. In his spare time, he is an avid Chicago Bears fan and also enjoys golf and gardening.

GLENN ISAACSON

Glenn Isaacson is President of Bradford Allen’s New York office, leading brokerage services for the region. Prior to joining Bradford Allen, he served in senior roles at Cushman & Wakefield (Vice-Chairman) and CBRE (Executive Vice President).

During his 40-plus years in real estate, Glenn has represented numerous Class A properties for owners such as PGIM, Equitable Life Assurance, Sterling Equities, Edward Minskoff, Harry Macklowe, Investcorp, SJP Properties, and developer/owner Scott Rechler, among many others. He has completed successful leasing programs for the City’s most prominent buildings, including 590 Madison Avenue, 717 Fifth Avenue, 11 Times Square, Metropolitan Tower, 180 Madison Avenue, 475 Park Avenue South, Tower 45, and 575 Fifth Avenue.

In addition to his work on behalf of ownership, Glenn is a trusted advisor to many of the nation’s leading businesses, crafting solutions for their occupancy requirements to serve their business goals. Recently, he directed the 200,000-square-foot relocation of The Boston Consulting Group to 10 Hudson Yards, the 132,000-square-foot early renewal of Seyfarth Shaw at 620 Eighth Avenue, and the expansion of Forest Hills Hospital (Northwell) for 140,000 square feet. He was instrumental in bringing about the corporate relocation of the American Kennel Club to 65,000 square feet at 101 Park Avenue, which led to the relocation of their museum from St. Louis to the same building.

PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL AFFILIATIONS
Glenn has been a member of REBNY for over 40 years. He also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for the American Foundation for Aids Research, an organization with which he has worked tirelessly since the passing of his brother Mark due to complications from AIDS. He sits on the board for AYR Wellness, a publicly traded company, where his oversight includes acquisitions and audit review.  He is a lifelong member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity.

EDUCATION
Glenn holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in finance and economics from Florida Southern College.

 

BEN AZULAY

Since joining Bradford Allen as an associate in 2004, Ben has made significant contributions to the firm. In 2015, Ben became a Principal due to his hard work, dedication, and vested interest in the direction of the company. While he specializes in representing office tenants in Chicagoland and nationwide, Ben has also had great success representing landlords in a variety of real estate transactions. His expertise in assisting commercial office clients with operational, qualitative, and financial structuring allows Ben to easily identify problem areas and craft smart, client-specific real estate solutions.

Ben handles various projects across the real estate spectrum, enabling him to cultivate a multi-faceted knowledge of the industry. A few of his successful transactions include assisting GrubHub in completing a substantial expansion, in which they nearly doubled the size of their office space; securing over forty office spaces across the country for MedSpeed; and representing Foley and Mansfield, a national law firm based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, while he assisted in the expansion and renewal of their existing office space in Chicago. Ben works with clients across industries including, but not limited to, marketing and advertising, law, healthcare, and technology.

As a member of the leadership team, Ben also plays an integral role in the strategic direction of Bradford Allen. He is a regular contributor to the firm’s research and recruiting efforts, and he assumes an influential role in mentoring new brokers along with overseeing his own team.

Ben lives in Lincoln Park with his wife and four children where he enjoys staying active by biking and running. He’s an active supporter of Ramah Wisconsin and American Friends of the Hebrew University (AFHU) and is an avid fan of the Chicago Bears.
