Roland joined Bradford Allen in 2024, stepping into the role of director, digital strategy and systems engineering, in the Integrated Marketing Communications group. In this capacity, he leads the company’s digital efforts, creating advanced strategies to enhance online presence and operational efficiency.

Roland’s career in web development has been marked by notable achievements, driving significant digital transformations and fostering growth. He brings this experience to Bradford Allen, committed to achieving new milestones in the company’s digital journey.

Originally from New Orleans with Cuban heritage, Roland has made his home in South Florida. Outside the office, he channels his creativity as the lead vocalist for the American metal band, AVAT, enriching his perspective and approach to innovation and strategy.



Nancy joined Bradford Allen in 2023 as a senior content writer. In her role, she is responsible for producing relevant, engaging, and informative content for websites, marketing campaigns, and other digital and print mediums.

With a rich and diverse background that spans logistics, fertility, employee benefits, and commercial real estate, Nancy has a proven ability to craft compelling content. Her consistent delivery of high-quality writing speaks to her versatility and dynamic approach. By leveraging her deep industry knowledge, Nancy is proficient at developing and executing innovative campaigns that resonate with target audiences and achieve key business objectives.

Nancy currently resides in Chicago’s Old Town neighborhood, where she enjoys exploring nearby architecture. In her free time, she’s an avid reader and keeps up with the latest Netflix series.



Taylor joined Bradford Allen in 2023 as a graphic designer, where he is responsible for creating high-quality designs for both print and digital platforms, collaborating closely with the marketing team and key stakeholders to produce materials that effectively promote the firm’s leasing assignments and full suite of commercial real estate services.

Prior to Bradford Allen, Taylor was a senior graphic designer at Draper and Kramer Mortgage Corp., where he created visually compelling print marketing materials that communicate the benefits of mortgage products and services. He graduated from the Maine College of Art with a BFA in Graphic Design.

A native of Portland, Maine, Taylor always wants to be near a body of water—whether it’s swimming, boating, or a lakeside picnic. In his free time, he enjoys lifting weights, walking Chicago’s lakefront trail, and cooking. He currently lives in Chicago’s East Lakeview neighborhood.



Tim joined Bradford Allen’s Creative Services team in 2022, adding to the marketing support for digital and print collateral. He works with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop and supplements his skills with a passion for illustration, providing a unique approach to adaptable and collaborative design.

Prior to joining, Tim worked as a designer with an in-house creative team providing several healthcare and trade associations with conference, education, and marketing material. A graduate of Columbia College Chicago with a BFA in graphic design, Tim also enjoys exploring woodworking, sign painting, model making, and vintage film photography.



Guillermo joined Bradford Allen in 2022 as an Associate Graphic Designer, providing support on print production, refreshing current marketing collateral, and creating motion graphics. Guillermo’s responsibilities include technical troubleshooting, editing building flyers, and concept creation. As a budding designer, Guillermo seeks to continue building his skills within Bradford Allen’s fast-paced marketing department.

Despite frequenting the streets of Chicago, Guillermo lives in Waukegan, Illinois with his mother and father. He enjoys spending time cheering for his favorite esports teams and weight lifting.



With four years of experience in commercial real estate, Alyssa brings a skilled blend of design and marketing expertise to the table. With a strong background in graphic design, Alyssa creates visually appealing marketing materials that effectively communicate the value of a property to potential tenants. Her tenure in commercial real estate allows her to understand industry-specific needs and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.

In her current role, she is responsible for implementing digital marketing strategy, managing social media engagement, and creating custom marketing collateral as needed. With a proven track record of success in driving leads and increasing property visibility, she is always looking for new and innovative ways to promote assets and grow the business.

When she’s not busy at work, Alyssa enjoys exploring her natural flair for interior design and keeping her culinary skills sharp by cooking and baking. In her free time, she also loves to stay active by doing Pilates or going for a run. Currently residing in the vibrant neighborhood of Printers Row with her husband, Nicolas, and their cat, Penelope, Alyssa enjoys the best of city living while pursuing her passions.



Since 2014, Taylor has been a member of Bradford Allen’s marketing team, where her main priorities include presenting brokers and ownership with fully conceptualized branding for new agencies, providing marketing collateral for brokerage and in-house support, assiting in property website development, helping facilitate project design management, and establishing work flow among the marketing department and its stakeholders. From logo creation to email campaign design, Taylor has a hand in most aspects of the creative process at Bradford Allen.

After earning her bachelor’s in communications from Elmhurst University, Taylor went on to instruct art classes and painting demonstration events. When she’s not busy designing, Taylor can be found at home with her family, filling her days with coffee and books.



Cody leads brand strategy, marketing, and communications for Bradford Allen, working closely with executive leadership to grow the company and extend the firm’s national reach. He is responsible for developing the marketing initiatives that drive leasing and sales through each phase of the real estate cycle, expertly aligning brand and property activation efforts with the company’s organizational and financial goals.

Cody joined Bradford Allen after three years with JLL, where he served as a senior content writer for the Midwest Region. Previously, Cody worked with the JLL National Marketing team, writing the firm’s stylebook and assisting with tone of voice development for the 2017 global rebranding. Cody was also the lead copy editor for the firm’s national real estate journal, Ambitions. His work has been recognized in the Chicago market with a VIP award for growth-oriented marketing, as well as nationally with three Best of Americas Marketing awards.

Residing in Chicago’s Southport Corridor, Cody enjoys spending time at the lake, running, reading, and playing piano. He is a graduate of Western Illinois University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in English.
