As the Senior Managing Director, Human Resources & Office Operations, Ellen is responsible for managing the firm’s operational support system, which includes information technology, human resources and strategic branding efforts across all business lines. Her various responsibilities involve handling benefits and employee onboarding/offboarding, telecommunications, and communicating with IT support. Additionally, Ellen acts as project lead and is the point of contact for client relations. Her technical expertise and tenacity are invaluable to the firm’s clients, leadership, and staff.
Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Ellen worked as an assistant at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she handled the registration of core accounting courses. Ellen currently resides in the Lincoln Square neighborhood and enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her nephew and nieces.
Alisha McAlevy joined Bradford Allen in 2018 as an administrative assistant. Her various responsibilities include assisting with administrative tasks, employee onboarding, telecommunications and IT support. She also acts as the main contact with building management, aiding with technology issues around the office and general troubleshooting. Additionally, Alisha works in InDesign and Photoshop to assist the marketing team to produce marketing collateral for the suburban office team.
Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Alisha was a recruiter for Apex Lifesciences and performed full cycle recruiting, from finding candidates to scheduling/performing interviews, and completing onboarding on behalf of contractors. She is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University where she earned her degree in Communications.
Alisha lives in Medinah, IL, and she enjoys traveling and venturing into the city as much as possible. In her spare time, Alisha likes to play softball and go to the gym; she also volunteers at Clearbrook for adults with special needs.
Lissette Andrade joined Bradford Allen in 2019 as an Executive Assistant. She assists the two partners of the company, Jeffrey Bernstein and Laurence Elbaum. Her various responsibilities include assisting with administrative tasks, acting as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients, preparing internal/external corporate documents for team members and industry partners, and processing agreements.
Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Lissette was a dental claims adjuster at Elite Administration in Park Ridge and an assistant wedding planner for Simply Elegant Weddings in Chicago. She is a graduate of Northeastern Illinois University, where she earned her bachelor’s in interdisciplinary studies.
Lissette lives in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. She enjoys traveling and spending her free time with family and friends. She also enjoys working out at Orange Theory fitness classes, baseball games at Wrigley Field, and live music.
Diana became the executive assistant to Bradford Allen’s co-founder, Jeffrey A. Bernstein, in 2021. In her role, she expertly manages Bernstein’s calendar, acts as his main point of contact for both internal and external executives, and oversees various administrative and operational tasks. Additionally, Diana serves as the travel coordinator for all travel arrangements for the firm. Before joining the company, she spent 21 years as an executive assistant at National Material L.P., a steel company headquartered in Elk Grove Village.
Diana lives in the northwest suburbs and enjoys traveling, attending live music events, and watching sports. She is also committed to philanthropic efforts, specifically supporting the Ray Graham Association in fundraising activities that benefit individuals with disabilities in the DuPage area.
Daniel is responsible for optimizing security and network architecture across the firm’s IT operations. He has experience in a wide range of support specialties, including desktop support and triage for both Windows and Mac devices, mechanical and software printer support, VMware, and advanced Microsoft 365 and modern workplace engineering. He has also logged hundreds of hours on project-based IT installations. Drawing on this experience, Lynch assesses prospective Bradford Allen buildings and systems for IT optimization and design, supporting both building management staff and client amenity needs.
Before joining Bradford Allen, Lynch was a systems engineer at Impact Networking, a managed service provider, where he supported multiple enterprise clients simultaneously. He lives in Logan Square and enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with his girlfriend.

Kaitlin joined Bradford Allen in 2025 as an administrative assistant, bringing more than a decade of customer service and administrative experience to the firm. She supports the Pointe O’Hare management team, working closely with both office staff and property managers to manage tenant inquiries and other daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Prior to joining the firm, Kaitlin served as a recruiter, where she employed professional networks and networking events to source top talent, conduct interviews, and manage the hiring process for Northwestern Mutual. She also has prior experience in customer service and team management within the salon industry. Kaitlin is recognized for her empathy, which allows her to create a calm environment even in high-pressure situations. Highly organized and composed, she is skilled at quickly de-escalating challenges as they arise.
Kaitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. After living in Milwaukee for 12 years, she now resides in Illinois, where she spends time exploring with her partner and two-year-old son. She is passionate about the art of dance, and holds great memories of her five-year tenure as a professional dancer for the Milwaukee Bucks.
Jessica joined Bradford Allen in 2018 as an Administrative Assistant. Her various responsibilities include assisting with administrative tasks, employee on-boarding/off-boarding, telecommunications, and IT support. She also acts as the main contact with building management, maintains contracts, processes agreements, and performs a number of in-office operational tasks.
Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Jessica was an Administrative Assistant at Synergy, and a Receptionist at PEO, the Professional Employer Organization. She is a graduate of Carl Schurz High School.
Jessica is a life-long resident of Chicago and a big Chicago Cubs fan. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Kim serves as an office manager and the executive assistant to Glenn Isaacson, president, at Bradford Allen’s New York office. Since joining the firm in July 2021, she has been instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the office, managing administrative tasks, and acting as a primary liaison between vendors, clients, and visitors. Prior to her current role, Kim spent several years at Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE, providing advisory and transaction support to high-level executives. Among her responsibilities were managing schedules, coordinating travel, and overseeing commissions and financial reporting.
A native New Yorker, Kim is deeply involved in her community. She is an active participant in St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital efforts and has been recognized for her ongoing support. When she’s not at the office, Kim loves traveling to Europe to watch her son, Erving Walker, play professional basketball. She’s also a fan of the outdoors, enjoys cooking, and has a deep appreciation for the arts, particularly performances by the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater.
