Shella Cardillo is a member of the Jacksonville property management team, overseeing operations at 4190 Belfort Road and 4345 Southpoint Boulevard as property manager.

She earned her master’s degree in hospitality and tourism management from the University of Central Florida in 2019. Shortly after, she began her career with Jones Lang LaSalle in Denver, where she helped manage several historic Class A office buildings in the downtown business district.

In early 2022, Shella relocated to Jacksonville, Florida, to join Commonwealth Commercial Partners as assistant property manager at Ameris Bank Tower. When management transitioned to CBRE in 2023, she stayed on as assistant real estate manager. During her tenure, Shella oversaw a full elevator modernization, led several capital and tenant improvement projects, and served as the main point of contact for tenants and service providers.

Outside of work, Shella enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs. The couple is also eagerly anticipating the arrival of their first child, a son, in January 2025. Passionate about travel and the outdoors, Shella has visited one-third of the U.S. national parks and looks forward to continuing her adventures.
