Michael joined Bradford Allen in 2015 as a senior managing director in the investment advisory group, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience in leasing, brokerage, and asset and property management. In his role, he leads the formulation and execution of strategy for a select group of assets within Bradford Allen’s investment portfolio. Michael works closely with executive leadership to execute leasing, operations, and capital initiatives that preserve and grow asset value. Additionally, he oversees other business initiatives and special projects that continue to expand the Bradford Allen portfolio and strengthen its brand.
Prior to joining the firm, Michael was a senior leader at Foresite Realty Partners, where he oversaw the leasing and operations of nearly 4 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail properties. There, he successfully advised some of the world’s largest banks and institutions—including Wells Fargo, Starwood Capital, LNR Partners, CW Capital, KeyBank, PNC Midland, and C-III Capital. Before that, Michael was a principal at his own firm and held senior roles at DTZ Real Estate (acquired by Cushman & Wakefield) and the predecessor to MB Real Estate (acquired by Transwestern Real Estate).
Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in business from Bradley University and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois. He currently resides in Chicago’s northwest suburbs with his wife and daughters. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, cooking, and outdoor sports.
