As a general manager in Bradford Allen’s Management Services division, Donald is responsible for the day-to-day operations of both company-owned and third-party assets in the Chicagoland suburbs. Donald brings over 18 years of experience in property and facilities management of commercial office and retail space and has a strong understanding of building mechanical operations. He has developed significant vendor relations, which he incorporates into value and high-quality service for his properties. His notable customer service experience allows for creative and outside-of-the-box solutions to address challenges inclusively. Donald strives to create value for both tenants and owners through budget and project management initiatives.
His responsibilities are multifaceted and include: caring for the maintenance of all assigned properties, tending to tenant relations and addressing tenant needs, and creating fiscal budget plans for landlords based on property goals and direction. In addition, Donald interacts with contractors and sub-contractors to gather estimates, analyze bids, and make recommendations to ownership for possible updates and renovations.
Prior to joining Bradford Allen in 2017, Donald was a property manager for Class B buildings at Boxer Property Management Corporation. He also worked as an area facilities manager at Foresite Realty Partners focusing on distressed and transitional property management along with third-party assignments. Donald began his real estate career with M&J Wilkow in facility management focused on Class A buildings.
Donald resides in Naperville with his wife and enjoys spending his spare time being outside as much as possible, playing golf, and spending time with family. Donald is a graduate of Illinois State University.
