Cian joined Bradford Allen in 2025, managing the design and delivery of key development projects. He brings 20 years of design, development, and construction experience across residential, commercial, civil, and mixed-use sectors.

Cian began his career as an architectural designer and pursued international opportunities in Singapore for nearly a decade. While there, his desire to expand his understanding of construction led to a transition to a general contractor in a design-build capacity, where he managed design consultants alongside the construction team. During this period, Cian honed his ability to integrate design processes with construction methodology. He later continued his career with Lendlease, working with the development team across Singapore, Chicago, and Los Angeles.

Cian earned a master’s degree in architecture from Robert Gordon University in Scotland. He lives in Chicago with his wife and two dogs. In his free time, he enjoys traveling to Ireland to see his family, exploring local neighborhoods, discovering new restaurants, and playing golf and tennis.
