Cian joined Bradford Allen in 2025, managing the design and delivery of key development projects. He brings 20 years of design, development, and construction experience across residential, commercial, civil, and mixed-use sectors.

Beginning his career as an architectural designer, Cian pursued international opportunities in Singapore for nearly a decade. While there, his desire to expand his understanding of how things are built led to his transition to working for a general contractor in a design-build capacity, where he managed the design consultants together with the construction team. During this period, Cian honed his skills in blending design processes with construction methodology. He later furthered his career by working with the development team of Lendlease across Singapore, Chicago, and Los Angeles. 

Cian earned a Master of Architecture degree from Robert Gordon University in Scotland. Today, he lives in Chicago with his wife and two dogs. In his free time, he enjoys traveling to Ireland to see his family, exploring local neighborhoods, discovering new restaurants, and playing golf and tennis.
