Chuck joined Bradford Allen in 2015 and leads Bradford Allen Capital, originating mortgage, mezzanine, and preferred equity financing for Bradford Allen’s investment fund and placing debt for Bradford Allen’s real estate portfolio. He brings over twenty-five years of experience as a banker and a broker, with expertise that includes debt portfolio management; sourcing term, bridge, and mezzanine financing; raising equity and debt for development; equity recapitalization; loan re-structuring; and loan sales.
Previously, Chuck was the managing director for Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity, Debt and Structured Finance Group, where he led the firm’s practice in the Central Region (Chicago, Dallas, and Houston). Prior to his role at Cushman & Wakefield, he was the senior vice president of capital markets for JLL in Chicago where he handled debt and equity placements for both public and private institutional investor’s developers and opportunity funds. Prior to his work as a broker, Chuck worked as a commercial lender with Royal Bank of Canada and CIB Bank in Chicago.
Chuck earned a Bachelor of Science in economics at Northwestern University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago. Outside of the office, Chuck is an avid skier and outdoorsman, Cub Scout leader, and enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife and two young sons.
