Bryan joined Bradford Allen in June 2024 and brings with him more than 13 years of direct experience in the hotel industry ranging from on-property operations and revenue management to ownership and asset management. Leveraging his diverse experience, Bryan is responsible for interfacing with stakeholders at all levels to ensure that each of the firm’s hospitality assets is optimized and meets strategic objectives and investor goals, as well as supports the firm’s overall hospitality asset strategy.
Before joining Bradford Allen, Bryan served as a director of asset management for Tishman. During his seven years with Tishman, he oversaw and/or supported the asset management of the firm’s hotel portfolio of varying management structures, service levels, and sizes ranging from 100 to more than 1,200 keys in addition to supporting the firm’s acquisitions and new development efforts. Prior to that, he served in several on-property management roles in both front office and revenue management, where his implementation of successful profit improvement, revenue generation, and guest service initiatives caught the attention of the hotel’s asset management and ownership group: Tishman.
Bryan received a Bachelor of Science in hospitality management from the University of Central Florida. In his free time, he enjoys (attempting) to play guitar and relaxing with his wife, Jill, and their dog, Tommy.
