Amy oversees asset management for the firm’s Florida-based office and mixed-use properties, including leasing, property operations, construction management, and financial performance. She brings 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, asset management, and property management.

Prior to joining the firm, Amy was responsible for asset and property management at Midtown Capital Partners, overseeing a portfolio of office, industrial, and retail properties. She also served as director of asset management at Exan Group, overseeing a 50-asset, 4.5 million-square-foot national office, industrial, and retail portfolio. In addition, Amy’s experience includes extensive third-party management for institutional clients at firms including Cushman & Wakefield, where she led Chicago Asset Services (30 million-square-foot portfolio), as well as Transwestern, where she oversaw Midwest Property Management (Chicago, Minneapolis, Detroit, and Milwaukee).

A transplant from Chicago, Amy enjoys the year-round sunshine and beaches of Miami, as well as traveling and gardening.
