Rhea joined Bradford Allen in 2017 and oversees all research policies, objectives, and initiatives. Her responsibilities include performing research and analysis of the Chicago CBD and Suburban office markets, maintaining and providing support for the firm’s information databases, regulating tenant/broker relationships, placing targeted advertising, and commercial real estate news aggregation, as well as preparing in-depth reports on local, regional, and national tenants, landlords, and properties.
Rhea collects raw data from a myriad of sources, interpreting and refining the results to provide her clients with the most up-to-date market knowledge. She also looks at demographic, legislative, employment, consumption and logistical trends to identify various patterns in the real estate industry to relay an accurate picture of the marketplace. Through this approach, she can uncover opportunities where only threats are apparent. Rhea maintains standards for our information accuracy and ensures a coordinated approach is taken to meetings and presentations.
Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Rhea was a commercial broker with Exit Realty and KW Commercial, and an investor/marketing manager for multi-housing properties on the North-side of Chicago. Rhea earned her Master of Arts in Journalism/Public Relations from the University of Wisconsin and Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Loyola University Chicago.
Rhea lives in Skokie and is the proud parent of two amazing children. As active members of the community, they regularly volunteer at their local parish and help their neighbors. In her spare time, to improve her mind, Rhea enjoys reading modernist/post-modernist fiction and poetry; for the body, she enjoys tennis, racquetball, rollerblading, boxing, and the occasional trampoline park.
