Matthew Wright is a director with Bradford Allen and a member of the downtown Chicago area tenant representation and commercial leasing teams. As a tenant representative, Matt focuses on assisting clients with their office requirements including new leases, renewals, extensions, restructures, and related assignments in commercial real estate. As a leasing agent, Matt leads prospecting efforts, which include direct canvassing, leading space tours, engaging current tenants with renewals, and responding to proposal requests.

During his career at Bradford Allen, Matt has worked with tenants from a variety of industries including marketing, law, consumer goods, architecture, logistics, and media production. He enjoys being viewed as his client’s real estate consultant and assisting them in creating customized solutions that address short and medium-term needs without losing sight of flexibility required over the long-term life cycle companies go through.

Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Matt was a Senior Account Executive at Echo Global Logistics and became interested in commercial real estate while interning at Panera’s headquarters in the development department. Matt’s background serving large clients with complicated, and often sensitive, needs has enabled him to efficiently service multiple projects while maintaining the attention to detail that clients require.

In his spare time, Matt serves as the Recruitment Chair for the Auxiliary Board of UCAN Chicago, an organization that strives to build strong youth and families through compassionate healing, education, and empowerment. Matt graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2009 and moved to Chicago shortly after graduation. While he loves living in Chicago, he is still extremely loyal to his hometown St. Louis Cardinals.
