Director, Loan Administration & Operations
Larry joined Bradford Allen in 2017 and is responsible for all areas of loan operations, including loan servicing, preparation of loan documents, booking of new loans, reconciliations, collateral review, payment processing, customer support, file maintenance, and retention for the firm’s growing commercial loan portfolio. Larry works with both the acquisition and debt placement teams to streamline the deal closing process. His responsibilities include acting as central point of contact with bankers, attorneys, applicants, and third-party vendors to coordinate all operations/construction and non-construction post-closing administration and funding and to ensure organizational goals are being met. He continuously works to respond to customer inquiries: answer questions, provide loan documents, explain procedures, interpret policy, resolve discrepancies and handle complex problems. Additionally, Larry prepares and reviews loan documents to ensure they comply with the loan approval and follows-up on post-closing and reporting requirements.
Prior to joining Bradford Allen, he worked with The Bancorp, Urban Partnership Bank, and BMO Harris Bank. Larry has 18 years’ experience as a commercial banker, 14 years in closings and 12 years managing construction projects.
Larry lives in Dolton and in his free time, he enjoys exercising, event planning, and cooking. Larry graduated from Robert Morris University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration.
