Steven Lerner is a director with Bradford Allen’s Consulting Services team. He is responsible for all aspects of corporate and national project management— from strategic planning to on-site execution. Steven is well-versed in each stage of project management including architecture, construction, development, engineering, technology, and furniture selection.
With a unique ability to problem solve, Steven is able to better service clients by understanding the long-term implications of their commercial real estate decisions. Working closely with large-space users ranging from local non-profits to international companies, Steven’s strategic approach ensures that project objectives are on schedule, on budget, and achieved to the highest standards of quality.
Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Steven was the senior manager of real estate at Hudson, a professional staffing and solution firm. While at Hudson, he oversaw all commercial real estate decisions for their North America office locations. Steven lives in Chicago’s West Loop with his wife and twin daughters. Building on his business education from Nichols College in Massachusetts, he completed a master’s degree in business administration from Chadron State College in 2015.
