Ryan Moen is a managing director with Bradford Allen, providing landlord and tenant representation, site selection, and acquisition/disposition services in the Chicagoland area. Ryan’s background in both lending and acquisitions enables him to evaluate deals from a unique perspective, analyze potential risks, and originate creative solutions to close even the most demanding transactions.
Ryan’s notable landlord representation transactions include representing Indevor Development at 220 Remington Boulevard, Bolingbrook, in its new lease with S&S Activewear for 28,746 square feet. Ryan represented UBS Global Asset Management at 4245 Meridian Parkway, Aurora on a 71,000 square foot lease with Hartford Fire Insurance and a 25,000 square foot lease with Sedgwick Claims Management. More recently at this property, Ryan completed a long-term lease renewal with INEOS Styrolution for 22,000 square feet. Some of his most recent transactions include the sale of a flex-building of 40,000 square feet in Downers Grove and an assemblage of two office buildings in Lombard, both around 55,000 square feet. In addition, he represented Epsilon on a 4,200 square foot lease in Itasca, and co-represented BCL Meridian Parkway in the $5.4 million sale of 4222 Meridian Parkway in Aurora.
Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Ryan worked for a nationwide real estate developer dedicated to redeveloping underutilized properties through public/private partnerships. In addition, held a position as a commercial real estate lender at a regional bank.
Ryan is married and lives with his wife and two children in Geneva, Illinois. He attended the University of Illinois where he received a Bachelor’s in Finance. In his free time, Ryan is an avid runner and a triathlete.
