John Millner is a managing director with Bradford Allen where he focuses on landlord and tenant representation. He is based in the suburban office and specializes in medical and office tenants, representing approximately 2,000,000 square feet of office and medical buildings in suburban Chicago.
By partnering with ownership, John originates effective, strategic plans designed to enhance property stability and works with tenants to complete lease renegotiations, expansions, and/or relocations that align with their strategic, operational and economic goals. In addition, John has cultivated relationships with the largest hospital groups in the Chicago area, gaining invaluable insight into how the hospital system operates. His experience and understanding of the unique nuances of medical office spaces enable him to provide unmatched, comprehensive service to his clients in the healthcare field.
John’s market expertise and life-long knowledge of Chicagoland have given him the ability to provide creative real estate solutions that support the unique financial and operational needs of his clients. Most notably, John increased the occupancy rate of 4355 Weaver Parkway in Warrenville, from 59.5% to 100% with 24,320 square feet of new leases in just nine months. In Hinsdale, John was also able to increase the occupancy of 908 & 911 North Elm Street by 21% and secure a total of 53,000 square feet in new and renewed leases.
Currently, John resides in Chicago’s Western Suburbs with his wife and two sons. John was born and raised in Chicagoland and has lived in the area all of his life. He attended Eastern Illinois University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in finance and a master’s degree in business administration.
