Bradford Allen Represents Eagle Seven Trading in Office Expansion and Relocation

Trading Firm More than Doubles Size of Chicago Office

CHICAGO –  Eagle Seven Trading, a Chicago-based algorithmic trading firm, has signed a 16,500 square foot lease for the entire 14th floor at 550 West Jackson, more than doubling the size of its current Chicago headquarters. The firm will be moving from the Chicago Board of Trade building at 141 West Jackson, a space they have occupied since 2007.

“This transaction enables Eagle Seven to move into high-end, move-in ready space that can accommodate the firm’s near and long-term growth,” shared Ben Azulay, senior managing director of Bradford Allen, who represented Eagle Seven in the transaction.  “They were able to capitalize on the building’s existing technical infrastructure.”

“After analyzing the market for several months, ultimately it was all about the space,” added Stuart Shalowitz, principal, of Eagle Seven Trading.  “550 West Jackson has the infrastructure in place, offers the physical room to grow, and better reflects our image to the marketplace.”

In addition to Azulay, Bradford Allen, Principal Laurence Elbaum represented Eagle Seven in the transaction.  Jack O’Brien of Telos Group represented the landlord, West Loop Associates, LLC.
