Jeffrey Bernstein, Principal and Co-Founder of Bradford Allen, leads the firm’s agency leasing practice. Since opening the firm in 2003 with his partner, Laurence B. Elbaum, he has rapidly grown the business, and earned a reputation for aggressively pursuing clients’ interests and achieving superior results.

In June of 2006, Jeff created Bradford Allen’s agency services group. Under his direction, the practice has grown to over two million square feet of space in the downtown and suburban Chicago markets. Bradford Allen’s agency leasing culture focuses on directly contacting potential tenants, providing rapid and professional service to the brokerage community, development of cutting edge marketing communications, and maintaining direct principal involvement in every agency assignment.

Jeff has over 25 years of experience working with landlords to improve the value and performance of their assets. Prior to starting Bradford Allen, he served as a Senior Managing Director for Insignia/ESG, representing tenants and landlords throughout Manhattan. He completed over seven million square feet of transactions during his ten years with the firm.
