Joel Berger

Executive Director

Joel Berger joined Bradford Allen Realty Services in the Fall of 2004. He was promoted to Executive Director in 2011, and is responsible for managing Bradford Allen’s suburban office, where he represents both office tenants and office landlords.

In his tenure, Joel has completed over 1,000,000 square feet of transactions for his clients. Recent transactions include:

• Lexis Nexis - 52,000 square feet - Lease Renegotiation
• Automated Engineering - 21,000 square feet - Expansion and Renewal
• Rx Solutions, A Walgreens Company - 11,000 square feet - Relocation
• Play Mechanix - 8,000 square feet - Renewal
• Illinois Center for Broadcasting - 15,000 square feet - Relocation
• Iron Horse Partners - 40,000 square feet - Acquisition
• Westcon Group - 14,000 square feet - Relocation
• Iowa Foundation for Medical Care - 14,000 square feet - Relocation
• Sunny Ridge Family Center - 11,000 square feet - Renewal

Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Joel was the Manager of Business Development at The Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, where he was responsible for the promotion of The Chamber’s services and the recruitment of new members. Currently, Joel lives in Downers Grove with his wife Elizabeth, son Max and daughter Alice.
