Lissa Urban manages the firm's agency services practice. Her primary responsibility is to provide marketing and leasing services to property owners. Whether representing an institutional or entrepreneurial owner, Lissa's focus is on maximizing the value of the property. Her comprehensive marketing and operational background allows her to develop innovative and aggressive marketing plans which take into account investment criteria and leasing objectives of ownership. Lissa is a strategic thinker with the unique ability to translate “big picture” vision into detailed action plans.

Lissa Urban began her career in commercial real estate with Cawley Chicago in 2002 where she was responsible for evaluating and executing advertising and marketing strategies as well as all operational management. Throughout her tenure, she oversaw the financial management and daily operations of the firm.
