Cody Sundberg joined Bradford Allen in 2011 as a Managing Director at the firm’s suburban office in Downers Grove. Cody focuses primarily on Agency representation in the suburban Chicago Real Estate markets.

Cody has closed nearly 700,000 square feet of office and industrial lease transactions in Illinois and Arizona. Recent transactions include:

• Arcon & Associates – 12,000 SF
• Lincoln Financial Group – 6,500 SF
• Alion Science & Technology – 12,000 SF
• Invenergy – 4,500 SF
• King Coil – 21,000 SF
• Paramatta – 25,000 SF

Cody’s professional career includes numerous years of experience in the commercial brokerage industry, representing multiple tenants and institutional landlords in various markets throughout the country. Most recently he served as a senior vice president with Cawley Chicago Commercial Realty. He is actively pursuing the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR) as well as the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CCIM) designations.
