Steve Fitzgerald is a Director in the Investment Sales Group specializing in the representation of high net-worth individuals, trusts, estates, and small to mid-sized business owners in the management of their commercial property portfolios.

Steve co-leads the Investment Sales Group in relationship development and transaction management with primary responsibilities including: new business development; the management of private-capital investor relationships; and the implementation of the group’s core marketing strategy.

Steve is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University (B.A. English Literature) and resides in Chicago, Illinois.  Steve is an active member of the Irish Fellowship Club of Chicago, is a parishioner of Old St. Patrick’s, and is proud to support both Concern Worldwide and the The Frances Xavier Warde School.
