Rawly Lantz is a Director at Bradford Allen’s suburban office in Downers Grove where he concentrates on landlord representation of suburban office space. Rawly specializes in comprehensive market analysis, lease negotiation and the tracking of current tenants and trends in the marketplace.

Tad Laws is an Associate with Bradford Allen where he provides tenant advisory services to clients throughout the Chicagoland area. By implementing an analytical approach to brokerage, Tad helps his clients develop future expansion and contraction strategies and secure facilities that meet long-term operational requirements.

John Millner is an Associate with Bradford Allen, where he focuses on Landlord and Tenant Representation services.  He is a  member of the suburban office group, with a specialization in medical and office tenants.

Since joining Bradford Allen in 2007, Alissa has played a multi-faceted role at Bradford Allen, managing the firm's operational support system which includes information technology, human resources and corporate communications.

Keith Sherry is a Principal and the General Counsel for Bradford Allen. Keith is responsible for all legal affairs of the company.  Along with partners Jeffrey A. Bernstein and Laurence B. Elbaum, he actively leads Bradford Allen’s talented pool of experienced professionals.

Ellen Solner is an Associate with Bradford Allen, where she works closely with both the Agency Services and Tenant Representation teams. Ellen specializes in creating custom marketing materials, including presentations, building flyers and stack plans.

Cody Sundberg joined Bradford Allen in 2011 as a Managing Director at the firm’s suburban office in Downers Grove. Cody focuses primarily on Agency representation in the suburban Chicago Real Estate markets.
