Jennifer Bomba is an Analyst for Bradford Allen, where she tracks market information and performs analyses for clients to help them make better informed decisions. She manages the firm's database consisting of property specifications and transactional information.

Nick Carmen is an Associate with Bradford Allen, where he works with the Chicago downtown leasing team. As a tenant representative, Nick provides solutions to leasing challenges. 

Andrew DeMoss is a Director for Bradford Allen, where he concentrates on downtown office space. Andrew helps his clients realize significant cost savings, secure better options for future growth or contraction, and provide efficient workflows and better environments.

Joshua Feldman is a Managing Director with Bradford Allen, where he focuses on providing corporate clients in the Chicago area with real estate solutions, including acquisition and disposition services, and strategic advisory and consulting expertise.

Steve Fitzgerald is a Director in the Investment Sales Group specializing in the representation of high net-worth individuals, trusts, estates, and small to mid-sized business owners in the management of their commercial property portfolios.

Kevin Gillihan is an Associate with Bradford Allen, where he focuses on representing companies in the Chicago metropolitan area. Jenny Guo is Bradford Allen's Director of Finance, managing the finances and operations for the firm. Additionally, she is responsible for the financial workups and analyses of all real estate transactions for the firm's clients.

Juliette C. Lane is a Managing Director with more then 15 years of experience in the real estate and non-profit communities. Over her career Julie has assisted many well known organizations in in the field of marketing and as a skilled real estate advisor. 

Tad Laws is an Associate with Bradford Allen, where he focuses on the needs of commercial tenants in the Chicago area. He works with his clients to provide them with opportunities for cost savings, strategies for future expansion and contraction, and well-planned spaces that meet their operational needs.

Cailie Mau is the in-house graphic designer for the Marketing Department at Bradford Allen. She is responsible for developing marketing and communcations materials including advertising, branding and e-marketing.

John Millner is an Associate with Bradford Allen, where he focuses on Landlord and Tenant Representation services.  He is a  member of the suburban office group, with a specialization in medical and office tenants.

Ryan Moen is an Associate with Bradford Allen, providing tenant representation, landlord representation, site selection and acquisitions/disposition services in the Chicagoland area.

Craig Nadborne is a Senior Managing Director, where he focuses on leasing services for clients throughout Chicago. Craig has helped his clients with relocations, expansions, renegotiations and disposition of excess space for a wide variety of entrepreneurial and mid-size businesses in the Chicago area.

Marc Prosperi focuses on representing tenants of office buildings. He has negotiated on behalf of major corporations, residential land developers, architectural firms, logistics companies, and universities.

Alissa Kaplan is a Managing Director on the Chicago Agency Services team. Her comprehensive background allows her to develop innovative and aggressive marketing plans which take into account investment criteria and leasing objectives of ownership.

Ed Schwartz is a Senior Managing Director with Bradford Allen Realty Services, where he specializes in the sale of investment properties. A life-long resident of Chicago, Ed’s market knowledge of Chicago’s neighborhood and suburban business districts is unparalleled in the industry.

Jack Seney is the Managing Director of the Research Services team. As a keen observer of market conditions, his focus is to provide data-driven analysis for Chicago CBD and suburban office markets.

Paul Shah is an Associate with Bradford Allen, where he focuses on tenant representation services. He is a member of the suburban office group, where he specializes in representing office and medical tenants in the North-Western Suburbs.

Keith Sherry is a Principal and the General Counsel for Bradford Allen. Keith is responsible for all legal affairs of the company.  Along with partners Jeffrey A. Bernstein and Laurence B. Elbaum, he actively leads Bradford Allen’s talented pool of experienced professionals.

Ellen Solner is an Associate with Bradford Allen, where she works closely with both the Agency Services and Tenant Representation teams. Ellen specializes in creating custom marketing materials, including presentations, building flyers and stack plans.
