Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Tad worked with a commercial brokerage firm in Indianapolis where he focused on industrial properties. Tad's primary responsibilities involved networking in the Indianapolis market for new and existing business development. Tad worked extensively to develop relationships with industrial users and became very familiar with the leasing process.
