Ryan Moen is an Associate with Bradford Allen, providing tenant representation, landlord representation, site selection and acquisitions/disposition services in the Chicagoland area.   He assists his local and national client relationships with real estate decisions by developing a real estate strategy that aligns with their corporate business plan.  Ryan’s hands on approach and commitment to understanding the operational, qualitative and  financial needs of his clients has provided the necessary information for them to make sound real estate decisions.

Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Ryan worked for a nationwide real estate developer dedicated to redeveloping underutilized properties through public/private partnerships. His responsibilities included identifying properties over 100,000 square feet that could be repositioned through partial/completion demolishing and rebuilding. Other responsibilities included construction of syndicated private placement memorandums (PPM) for multi-property equity funds as well as managing the leasing for 1,000,000 square feet of retail space throughout the United States. Ryan’s previous real estate experience includes commercial real estate lending at a regional bank. His primary responsibilities included financing a variety of asset classes including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, condo conversions, and land development.
