Marc Prosperi joined Bradford Allen in 2008 after leaving The Staubach Company which was purchased by Jones Lang LaSalle. He focuses on representing tenants of office buildings. He has negotiated on behalf of major corporations, residential land developers, architectural firms, logistics companies, and universities.

He’s successful by sticking to the fundamentals of tenant representation: paying attention to cost savings opportunities, reducing cash flow, and meeting or exceeding client goals & requirements.

Before commercial real estate, Marc spent 11 years as a business partner & an international sales executive with a global manufacturer of concrete products, Henri Studio.

Marc volunteers for The American Brain Tumor Association and also participates in their annual run in memory of Luciano Ferraro. He’s also build houses for Habitat for Humanity in The Philippines. In 2005, he was awarded a black belt in Shotokan Karate and has won multiple gold and silver medals. Other hobbies include annually making wine with family and SCUBA diving.
