Jack Seney is the Managing Director of the Research Services team. As a keen observer of market conditions, his focus is to provide data-driven analysis for Chicago CBD and suburban office markets. Working closely with the transaction teams, Jack’s primary responsibilities include the creation of research-related marketing tools as well as the quarterly market reports. In addition, Mr. Seney oversees the firm’s emerging technology platforms.

Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Mr. Seney worked as an analyst at Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler in Chicago where he assisted in the development of the firm’s regional industrial market reports. He began his career at Cushman & Wakefield serving in an analyst role.
