Joel Berger joined Bradford Allen Realty Services in the Fall of 2004. He was promoted to Managing Director in 2009, and is responsible for managing Bradford Allen’s suburban office, where he represents both office tenants and office landlords.

In his tenure, Joel has completed over 400,000 square feet of transactions for his clients. Recent transactions include:

Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Joel was the Manager of Business Development at The Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, where he was responsible for the promotion of The Chamber’s services and the recruitment of new members.
