CHICAGO, IL (January 27, 2010) – Jack Seney has joined Bradford Allen’s Chicago office as managing director – Research Services announced Bradford Allen Principals and Co-Presidents Laurence Elbaum and Jeffrey Bernstein. Working closely with the firm’s transaction specialists, he will provide data-driven analysis for the Chicago CBD and suburban office markets while also developing cutting edge research related marketing tools for the company’s real estate professionals. In addition, Mr. Seney will oversee the expansion of the firm’s social media and emerging technology platforms. 

“Given our emerging research platform, we are excited to have Jack aboard to utilize non-traditional web-based sources to position our firm at the forefront of the real estate industry in Chicago.  His experience will provide solid groundwork for his success at our firm,” said Bernstein.

Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Mr. Seney worked as an analyst at Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler in Chicago where he oversaw the development of the firm’s regional industrial market reports. He began his career at Cushman & Wakefield serving in an analyst role.

Mr. Seney is a graduate of The University of Toledo where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration. Active in the Chicago community, Mr. Seney is a member of he University of Illinois at Chicago Hospital Guild Green Board. He is also a member of YREP (Young Real Estate Professionals).
