CHICAGO, IL (January 4 , 2010) – Laurence Elbaum, principal and co-president of commercial real estate services firm Bradford Allen, announced the recent promotion of Joshua B. Feldman from director to managing director with the firm’s Office Brokerage Group in Chicago.

Based at Bradford Allen’s downtown Chicago office, Feldman joined the firm in 2004. A tenant representation specialist in the Chicago CBD, his activities encompass a broad range of commercial real estate services including office lease negotiation, acquisition and disposition services and strategic advisory and consulting services. Notable clients include Institutional Capital LLC, Guggenheim Life & Annuity, Griffin, McCarthy & Rice LLP, and Marketing Innovators International. Since joining the firm, he has completed more than 500,000 SF in transactions.

Feldman is a graduate of Purdue University and is a licensed real estate sales person in the states of Illinois and Indiana.
